Head of Video and Motion
As Head of Video and Motion at Qredo, I lead a dedicated team of two, overseeing the strategic development and execution of video and motion content. Joining during Qredo’s transition from a startup to a scale-up, I witnessed the company’s rapid growth from 20 to 150 colleagues in under a year. Initially starting as the Motion Design Lead under the Chief Design Officer and alongside a Creative Design Lead, I helped expand the brand team to a 10-person unit with three sub-departments: web, design, and motion/video.

Key Achievements
-
Transformed Tone of Voice and Go-to-Market Strategy: Shifted Qredo’s video content from technical, function-focused explanations to compelling storytelling that addresses audience challenges, including those they may not yet recognize. The first explainer video adopting this approach garnered 37,000 views, a significant leap from the typical 1,500 views of previous videos.
-
Expanded Role into Event Production: Leveraging my event production background, I took on responsibilities for event operations, production, expo/stage set design, event branding, and stage content creation. This included managing expos and company offsite conferences, delivering a cohesive brand experience.
-
Revamped Visual Identity: In my second year, I spearheaded the development of a new visual identity, including a refreshed logo and enhanced communication style. I also refined the tone of voice and design system to ensure scalability, aligning with Qredo’s long-term growth objectives. Creating a brand portal in Frontify and a DAM library in Stockpress
