Creative Director Role:
As the Creative Director at UNLEASH.ai, you will lead the development and execution of a consistent brand identity across live events, digital products, and marketing services. This hands-on role demands an expert graphic designer with a keen eye for detail, overseeing complex design projects, managing freelance and in-house teams, and establishing a cohesive brand and style guide. Collaborating primarily with marketing, content, and digital teams in a fully remote environment, you will drive innovative design solutions, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality outputs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting, while leveraging your expertise in UI/UX, print, and multimedia production.
Achievements:

Migrated from outdated PDF brochures to dynamic digital interactive brochures using Foleon, enhanced with animations and videos via Vev.Design, Spline.Design, LottieFiles, Canva, and Infogram.

Streamlined the creative pipeline, reducing the team from seven freelancers with missed deadlines to an efficient team of three in-house designers.

Transformed Monday.com with custom scripts to automate storyboard creation, workload projections, and RACI-based task integration across project boards.
