𝙒𝙚 𝙉𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙨 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙇𝙞𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚, 𝙉𝙤𝙩 𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚!

Social media is drowning in AI-generated slop that screams:
“I pressed a button!”
“I’ve created a pipeline that makes me superfluous!” Why would you boast about this?
If you’re churning out content with no clear/original concept and no refinement, you’re not a creative. You’re a client! At best, a middleman posing as a master chef while ordering off a menu. Let’s call it what it is: you’re fa(i)ke, and it’s time you knew it. 😉
I’m done with tools peddling instant “art”. Real talent demands creative control. Here’s what I need from AI tools to empower pros:
• 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝘂𝘁𝘀: Recraft, LumaLab, PixVerse, and Fossa Tether all offer paintbrush/annotation controls to steer outputs. Runway’s v2 had this...then ditched it 🫠 One of their latest videos hints at a comeback of control, and I’m watching keenly. Argil (YC S24) also focuses on control. SOUNDRAW tweaks tracks beat-by-beat; ElevenLabs nails voice cloning with emotion dials and voice-to-voice..
• 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘀! 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸: AI’s 1st, 2nd, 3rd... go is rarely spot-on. Unless you’re interpolating your 3D stills into motion. True creatives sculpt, refine, and polish; they don’t settle for “good enough.” Recraft delivers vectors and layers; Skylum 's Luminar Neo has sliders for photo edits; Descript’s transcript tools cut videos like a pro; MeshyAI tweaks 3D textures post-generation.
• 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗕𝗶𝗻-𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀: Churning out content is pointless if it's off-brand. Spending hours and credits on trial-and-error? That’s burning your and your client's cash. Multiple takes, endless credits, and still no cigar. We need tools like Recraft that deliver on-brand results across media types without the faff.
• 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗸𝗶𝘁𝘀: Teams need tools that sync. Luvian, elevate.io, and Spline enable real-time collaboration. Canva and Figma offer brand kits and prompt libraries for consistency. Designs.ai and SOUNDRAW support shared workflows.
• 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀, 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘀: Forget 50 disparate tools and subscriptions. We need integrated platforms (aggregate AIs) like Weavy, Luvian, and FLORA to orchestrate ideas seamlessly. Or AI tools in suites that we are already using, like Adobe or Canva, and Figma, which are leveling up with AI baked into their core, keeping creatives in control.
Ditch the dazzling AI toys that cheapen creative craft. Clients, if you want work that wows and works, hire pros using tools that amplify talent.
